Refunds
Failed takes refund on their own; refunded payments take back their credits.
Credits for takes that fail
If a take fails or gets stuck, its credits come back to the workspace on their own. A take you stop gets them back only if the model hadn’t started it yet, though one still waiting in the model’s queue can take a little while to be confirmed. You don’t need to ask. See What happens when a take fails.
Takes that finish aren’t refunded, even if the result isn’t what you hoped for. Try a re-roll or another model.
Refunds of payments
If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us with the workspace’s name and roughly when you paid.
When a payment is refunded, the credits it bought are taken back, in proportion to how much was refunded: all of them for a full refund, half for half. Only credits that are still there are taken; anything already spent stays spent. If some of the credits are held by takes that are still running and those takes then fail, what comes back goes to the refunded payment first, and the Activity note says so. A refund of a yearly plan takes back its monthly credits too.
To stop paying for a plan, cancel it: see Change or cancel your plan.
A real person in Melbourne will write back, usually within one business day.
