Sign out or delete your account
Sign out, leave a workspace, or delete your account and what goes with it.
Sign out
At the bottom of Account, choose Sign out. On a phone you can also tap your picture at the top left, then Sign out.
Leave a workspace
Under Your workspaces in Account, choose Leave next to the workspace. You’ll need a new invite to come back. Leave only shows when you’re in more than one workspace.
Delete your account
- At the bottom of Account, choose Delete next to Delete my account.
- Type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete my account.
This can’t be undone. It deletes:
- your account, profile and photo
- any workspace where you’re the only member, with all its edits and files
- your posts in the community
Workspaces you share with other people carry on without you.
If it won’t delete
Shotz stops and tells you what to do first:
- A workspace you’re alone in still has a paid plan. Cancel the plan in Settings → Plan. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for; once it has ended, try again. See Change or cancel your plan.
- A workspace you own has other people in it, and none of them is an owner. Make one of them an owner in Settings → Members, or remove them, then try again.
- It says your account can’t be deleted right now. Contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Download any files you want to keep from the Library before you start.
