The last lighthouse keeper

Inge, a Norwegian woman in her 40s with albinism who is a fisherwoman: very pale skin, white-blonde eyebrows and lashes, white hair in a thick braid, pale blue eyes, weathered wind-burnt cheeks, strong hands, wearing a bright yellow oilskin fishing jacket and bib trousers, a chunky cream wool jumper underneath. At the window of a lighthouse that stands alone in the middle of a desert of sand dunes, the lamp turning behind her, looking out at a sea that isn't there.
