Mosswick waits for spring

Mosswick, a small gentle forest creature about 70cm tall, its round body made entirely of real green moss and grey lichen, a wide brown mushroom cap for a head, two shiny black bead eyes and a tiny serious mouth, little twig arms and stubby root feet, rendered as a photoreal practical creature. Sitting on a park bench in a snowstorm reading a newspaper, a red squirrel beside it sharing the bench, snow settling on its mushroom cap, warm street lamps.
