Grandpa Ho's headspin

Grandpa Ho, a Vietnamese man in his 80s who breakdances: small and wiry, wispy long white goatee and eyebrows, bald on top, big grin with a gold tooth, wearing a shiny retro purple and lime tracksuit, white high-top sneakers, an old silver boombox nearby. Doing a headspin on cardboard in the middle of a crowded night market, dozens of red and gold paper lanterns lifted off their strings and orbiting around him in a spiral, the crowd filming, steam from food stalls, neon signs. Grandpa Ho drops from a toprock into a blistering headspin, the lanterns rip off their strings and whirl around him in a fast tornado, the crowd screams and jumps back; the camera orbits him at speed in the opposite direction, then he pops up into a freeze and grins at the lens.
