Sachiko in the pit

Sachiko, a Japanese woman in her mid 60s who is a punk grandmother: tall white liberty-spike mohawk, laugh lines, small silver nose ring, reading glasses on a beaded chain, a black studded leather biker jacket covered in patches worn over a cream knitted cardigan with pearl buttons, plaid skirt, Dr. Martens boots. Riding a red mobility scooter calmly through the middle of a packed punk mosh pit in a sweaty club, the crowd parting around her in awe, stage lights and haze behind, a few people throwing horns at her, she looks completely unbothered. Handheld camera runs backwards in front of Sachiko as she guns her mobility scooter straight through a wild mosh pit, punks leaping and crowd-surfing around her, someone flies over her head, she throws the horns, strobes flash, the camera whips 180 to the stage as the band jumps in sync.
