Bullet time

Rafa, a Latino man in his mid 20s who is a wheelchair skater: bleached blond curly mullet, thin moustache, small face tattoos (a star under one eye, script across the eyebrow), silver chain, oversized faded plain T-shirt with no text or print, cargo shorts, knee pads, sitting in a low sporty chrome rigid-frame skate wheelchair with angled cambered wheels and no push handles, covered in colourful skate stickers with no words. Frozen at the peak of a huge aerial in his wheelchair above a concrete skatepark bowl at sunset, wheels off the coping, dust and a dropped cap hanging in mid-air, two adult friends in their twenties frozen mid-cheer on the deck in the background, no children. The skater blasts up the bowl wall and launches high into the air; the camera sweeps in a fast half circle around him at the peak of the air, then he lands hard and rolls away at speed while his friends cheer and run after him.
