Disintegrate

Priya, a Tamil drag king in their 30s: brown skin, short slicked-back black hair, a thin painted-on moustache with a curled tip, heavy dramatic brows, a gold stud earring, wearing an embroidered silver brocade sherwani with a high collar, gold-tinted sunglasses on a chain around the neck. Standing on a windswept green cliff above the sea, half of their body already gone: from the right shoulder down the right side, their body and sherwani visibly breaking apart into a dense stream of thousands of silver and gold particles and white petals blowing away across the frame on the wind, you can see the sea through the gaps, calm face, overcast silver light. Priya turns to the sea and bursts apart into a storm of silver particles and petals that blasts away on the wind across the cliff; the camera flies with the particle storm out over the waves, then whips back to where Priya reforms in a rush of particles.
